11 habits to improve your quality of sleep

Who do you think is going to live a better
life and be more successful in business? Those that
have good habits to promote high quality sleep or
those without?
It is our daily habits that create our life over time.
Here are 11 habits that you can implement today
that will improve your quality of sleep and thus quality
of life:
1. Stay hydrated – drink more than 3L of water per day, more if
you have a high salt diet
2. Exercise at least 3 times per week
3. Regular passive care such as chiropractic to get rid
of niggles before they become big problems
4. Bed time and alarm time at the same times each day
5. Low carb breakfast
6. Low gluten, dairy, caffeine and alcohol diet
7. Do what you love, love what you do
8. Listen to your partners needs
9. Tell your partner that specifically what you’re grateful for what they
do for you
10. Regular meditation or mindfulness
11. Gratitude journal, write down 10 things that you’re
grateful for each day
